  • The order was received in poor, damaged, or mutilated condition.
  • The items delivered do not match your order.

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us immediately at brioarthouse@gmail.com, providing your order number and a description of the problem. We kindly request that you reach out within 7 days of receiving the goods. If possible, please include photographs with your complaint.

Upon receiving your complaint, our delivery partner will arrange to pick up the order for review and inspection by our Quality Control team within 48 hours. Following the inspection, we will reimburse all costs associated with your purchase directly to your original payment method to prevent fraud. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement product.
