You may cancel your order before it is shipped to receive a full refund, which will be processed within seven (7) working days. Typically, orders are shipped within 24 hours.
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer service team at brioarthouse@gmail.com and kindly refrain from accepting the package. In such cases, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
